Xperia z1 Camera issue

After upgrading to 14.3.A.0.681 i tried the back camera .. when i press the shutter button or touch the screen for foucs or taking picture, the cam stuck only the flash goes on and persist and there is no going back. i tried to downgrade the firmware but the issue is still on ..
so, simply my issue is: -
1 - back camera cant let u take photos by button or toching
2 - when u try to, the flash goes on and keep working
3 - back button at this time is not working unless u press the home button to close the app

4 - no foucs

so please any ideas ...

try to save your pictures on your internal storage instead of an SD card

also

settings > apps > all > camera > clear data > force restart your phone

Perform a factory reset, so everything will be deleted on your internal storage
