Phone keeps restarting

My phone sony xperia Z1 having trouble always restart itself and does not detect the sim card and memory card. sometimes it returns to normal but sometimes it goes back to earlier problems. what can I do? help me.

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

I suggest that you to run your phone in safe mode for a while to check if you still experience this. If not this may be caused by any downloaded application.

I have already tried what you are talking about but the problem remains the same. there are other suggestions.

In that case I suggest that you try to reinstall the phone software using Update Service..

If the issue should still remain I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.
