Media Sound Problems

so my xperia sp speaker just went silent whenever I tried playing a music, video and games, basically all media sounds. I tries using the diagnostic app, it worked well. I also called my phone with my other phone, and the speaker is marvelous. any fix is appreciated

Perhaps a reboot will fix this?

Or otherwise, you can go to Settings-Sound-Volumes and then increase the volume on Music, video, games & other media section.

Try offing your phone while you sleep and on it while getting up it worked with my phone

a simple reboot will do. I too faced this problem once. Thought of giving the phone for repair. But reset and then rebooted once and phone was back to normal...
