      <description>so my xperia sp speaker just went silent whenever I tried playing a music, video and games, basically all media sounds. I tries using the diagnostic app, it worked well. I also called my phone with my other phone, and the speaker is marvelous. any fix is appreciated &lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.com.mk/html/images/smilies/001.png" alt="Grinning_Face" title="Grinning_Face" /&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Perhaps a reboot will fix this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or otherwise, you can go to Settings-Sound-Volumes and then increase the volume on Music, video, games &amp;amp; other media section.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;a simple reboot will do. I too faced this problem once. Thought of giving the phone for repair. But reset and then rebooted once and phone was back to normal...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
