Keyboard, music and browser problems

Hi have xperia Z1 and I've been loving it until a week, maybe two weeks ago. My keyboard won't show up when I want to type something, it doesn't matter how many times I press release field where the text should be entered. I have to tap it for about 30sek, and sometimes even restart the app (mig, fb, notes w/e) and i have the Bluetooth headset from Sony and my music stops playing and Spotify just keeps popping up without playing anything. Another BIG issue is the browser, it restarts, reloads and shuts down by itself without any message. And the last thing (for now) my back button rarely works.
I've searched for answers and all I got was to clear my cache on some apps, chrome was on over 100mb but it didn't change anything. I've tried chrome, Firefox, and one other. Keyboards I've tried is stock and SwiftKey.
It took me 20 min to write this so help me please!!
