xperia m dual charging problem

Hello...

I bought xperia m dual one month back.still I am fed up with phone becuse of xharging problem.while connecting to charger,light n show charging symbol in phone display but not even one percentage wont go forward.
Still while connecting I need to spend some minutes to look onto phone that the percentage of baterry going up or down.if it chages also it will stop after some time.
One more thing is, while connecting to laptop or pc through usb cable,some times its automatically restarts.
Its frustrating tooo much.
Ful Charging takes 6 to 10 hrs.

Pls help me out of this..

Have you tried another charger?

yes..alsp i updated to latest software.... then tried after switching of also...

no responce. it is cahrginging sometimes...like thst am using this bad worst phone.

Take the phone into service as it may be hardware problem.

the problem is how to convince the service people!!

becuse some times it connects its charging perfectly....if i give to them...the same thing can happen..

i have an experince with my bike problem.

any i will give
