I cannot transfer my data to my SD card as the Transfer button is greyed out.
I can, and have, changed my camera to the card and it works fine.
I cannot update aps because there is no room on my internal memory.
I can see the SD card on Media Go but there is only thumbnails and the one picture I took to test the camera.

Still no go. I haven't used it enough yet.
Is there any way to delete all the photos off the phone, but not permanently, so that when I sync later they'll come back?
I'd like to do a data reset, but not a factory reset, but it doesn't seem to have that ability.

If you delete the photos they will be gone, I don't quite understand on that option, deleting the photos but not permanently

If I do a factory reset, I can delet the photos and everything, freeing up the space I need to transfer data onto my SD card. The issue is that I don't want to spend another day reinstalling everything, setting up my email etc. I just want to delete the pictures and videos off my camera so that I have room to do the transfer, sync and have the pictures and videos sync on to my SD card where they should be.

I couldn't figure out how to delete them any reasurance that they wouldn't be deleted off my backup, so I factory reset my phone and now I'm going on a hope and a prayer that I can sync/restore/get my messages, notes and data back on to my phone. What a royal pain in the @$$. I cannot believe that I'm the only person that has ever wanted to do this, and that there isn't an easier way to do it. A simple button to delete all pictures and restore after restart would be brilliant.
thanks anyway for your help!
