Camera won't responding and sensitivity problem

Hi , I am Ray from indonesia. I bought xperia at december last year , now I have 2 problem on my phone

1. "Camera won't responding" when i record a longer video .(more then 40second) . if I record shorter then 40 second,the "camera won't responding" doesn't appear

2.Multi touch problem . I have problem on zooming in and out or other thing that needs 2 or more touch on screen . And also other problem is when I scroll the screen using my index finger , but when I use my thumb there is no problem .

Please tell me if the second problem is the problem that occur on all Xperia L or only mine

Also give me the solution for the first problem , thanks
