hang problem & also touch pad doesn't work properly all the time.

I bought my sony xperia p from THAILAND & using it now in BANGLADESH.but from the first day i found the hang problem.i coulnot answer my phone because of the touch bar problem.i have also serviced my phone from the sony service center of bangladesh but i still now i didnot get the result.what can i do now?plz help me.
