    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been using the MW600 for years without any problems until one day it started to hang quite frequently.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the user manual there was a step by step instruction to do a reset for the bluetooth mw600 device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After following the steps, the MW600 went into a even worst condition - it totally stops working&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Everytime powering it up now only displays 2 empty boxes and an icon with 2 arrows which keeps on spinning in circles.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried sending a msg through the "Contact Us" form but that was nearly a month ago and still didn't get any feedback at all&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;hope to get help in here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Try to unit with device when happening this! Move cursor touching superior bottom for volume in any box and wait few seconds and it's ready!</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;on my case, i cannot hard reset my mw600 headset ..though previously i had done reset for one time only and now i got my all three devices paired and i want to replace them with new devices but the thing is that i cannot reset it by pressing and holding power button along with call button ...can anyone confirm me whether this reset thing to mw600 is applicable for one time only or we can reset it more than one time ....and is there another way to reset the headset ??&lt;/P&gt;</description>
