Camera not working

Hi All,

issue with my Xperia tablet; neither of the cameras work.

When I click on the camera icon, the screen goes black and i get the message 'camera not available'.

I have tried running the onboard diagnostics, which says that the camera has 'failed'.

I have tried the solutions previously posted on here, whereby I clear the cache and the data for the camera app under settings. I have also tried factory reset with no luck.

Does anyone have any other ideas?

Try with SUS if that doesn't work then take it to a Sony repair center

Thanks for the quick reply.

Before I try this, one quick question - if I click on the SUS link, the page that it links too says 'repair your phone'.

Will this be ok for my tablet?

Hi,

I have the same problem and I have repared it with Sony PC Companion as you recomended before and I still have the same problem. The camera is not working. So now what to do?
