Hello

I have a Sony Xperia Arc S with Bootloader Unlock Allowed No. I want to get it like "Bootloader unlock allowed Yes" what can i do?? I am from Portugal and my Xperia is Locked to TMN

If your bootloader says no,there is nothing left to do.

Alexdon is correct, it was requested by your carrier/network to lock the bootloader, there is no way around it.
