    <description>&lt;P&gt;Go to Settings - Apps - All scroll down the list and find messaging, Open it and touch on Clear data and if available Clear cache - Reboot your phone and check to see if it's fixed - Failing that you may need to run a settings reset via Settings - Backup and reset then at the bottom Settings reset - This will not delete anything on your phone - If that still fails then your only option is to run a repair - Admins will tell you the same thing and if that fails then you will be advised to seek out a service center&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just &lt;STRONG&gt;updated my phone&lt;/STRONG&gt; and i followed all the rules, after i opened it i checked if the &lt;STRONG&gt;apps are working&lt;/STRONG&gt;, everything was working &lt;STRONG&gt;except for the messaging,&lt;/STRONG&gt; the problem is i opened the msg app then i open a &lt;STRONG&gt;conversation&lt;/STRONG&gt; then it said the &lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;messaging app is not working&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;. Pls help me &lt;EM&gt;ASAP.&lt;/EM&gt; Thanks and have a good day!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try force restart the phone(power button+vol up until the phone vibrates).You know,the update could have gone a little wrong,case in which you need to repair phone software.You could also try force stop messages app in settings-apps-all.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
