    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you have any 3rd party screen protector on your phone you can try to take it off to see if the touch responds better.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If the problem still persists I suggest that you repair the phone software using PC Companion:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.sonymobile.com/update" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;http://www.sonymobile.com/update&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone &amp;gt; Start on Update the phones software &amp;gt; Press the blue link that says "Repair phone". Do this without the phone connected and follow the instructions in the program..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you still experience the same problem I suggest that you have your phone examined by a service center. Please contact your local Xperia support team for more information:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,I had purchased sony Xperia e 8 months before. from yesterday onwards i am having a problem in the main menu area. main menu touch screen area alone is not working.i dont have shortcuts for any apps.&lt;SPAN style="line-height: 14px;"&gt;so that i cant use my mobile now. Kindly help me to rectify the same.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
