Do you experience the same problem if you boot your phone into safe mode?
http://talk.sonymobile.com/t5/FAQ/How-to-boot-your-phone-into-safe-mode/m-p/348008

If yes, I suggest that you clear data for calender and calender storage. You can do this if you go to Settings > Apps > The tab "All" > Calender > Clear data. Do the same for Calender storage which should be located under "Calender" in the tab "All".

Note that this will remove the events that you have saved on your local calender. You can always try to backup them via the "Backup & Restore" application which can be found in the app drawer.

Check if you have disabled any calendar related applications.

Go to: Settings > App's > All > Scroll to the bottom of the list and check if any calendar app's are disabled.
