      <description>Actually the video camera is working in safe mode. But it is not working in normal mode.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have tried clearing the caches and also tried by resetting the factory settings.. But still I face the same problem..&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please give me a solution for activating my video camera in the normal active mode..&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;akamleshbe,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some app that you use causes the problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try to remember and remove all the apps you've installed when you get this problem appeared.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Otherwise you´ll have to reset the phone to the factory settings or re-install your software with Sony Update Service or PC Companion.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
