Battery drain in 4.3 z1

Battery drain very fast

It is the best phone but company is going to update It ,1st thing which is to be updated is battery performance , It drain very even at light usage.

It is the biggest lag in the phone and 2nd one is wifi direct doest work well.

stamina mode is only handles the feature but it low down its richer experience, what it is!!

Sony should fix this in 4.4 update.:smileyworried:

That's odd, I'm a heavy user and my battery last quite a bit, even more than my Xperia Z, there are myriad reasons as to why your battery drain fast, it could be that you are syncing multiple accounts and or you have a poor network coverage, if you are not using wifi, bluetooth, gps just turn them off, etc.

Please use a smaller font size.As mentioned by uliwooly,disable phone features like bluetooth,wifi,data when not using them,restart the phone regularly,do not use task killers and battery savers.

can you provide a screenshot of your battery usage?

Settings -> Power management -> Battery usage.

WiFi direct support in xperia Z1 is indeed very poor if i compare it to samsung. Sony should provide a better native support so that i dont have to install apps like file commander or office suite on the receivers mobile just to transfer a file.

till Sony provides a better support, i suggest that you should use the "Fast file transfer" app from play store.

I brought xperia z1 before 2 months after updating to 4.3 it gets problem in 3g internet gets very slow, the device gets heated up if i use a bubble game and also battery problem is more , if 3g is on only 5-6 hours of battery comes.

I think i made a wrong choice by paying 42k for this kind of service.
