Xperia L camera issue

Hi there!

First of all, sry my english and for my possible gramatical errors.

Okay, here's my problem:

12 days after receiving my phone that I bought via internet, he presented a problem in camera, which I discovered when I tried to decode a QR Code.

The unit never fell from my hand and in no time, and also never let it hit anything.

Also noticed a warming at the top of the phone, near the camera, I'm finding it very strange.

I wish someone here on the forum could help me, because I try to contact Sony via phone, but the phone simply does not work.

Anxiously await direction from someone here because I'm getting really disappointed with it all.
