&lt;P&gt;I suggest that you try to reinstall the phone software using &lt;A href="http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/update-service/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;Update Service..&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You will lose your root access by doing this but it may fix the problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear Team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I am using sony xperia e dual its rooted but whenever i make a call or switch from one task to another the screen shrinks from borders showing a broad red outside border also when on call if i try to add people on conferrence via contacts it dosen't works but when i manually dial the mobile no. then it works.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Kindly suggest what&amp;nbsp; should i do in order to overcome these problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anshuman Singh&lt;/P&gt;</description>
