Sent emails are repeated

I use Windows Live mail on my PC. When I send an email from my Tablet Z, it appears in my sent folder on my PC up to 2000 times! I did not realize this until I went looking for an email that I had sent and saw that I had over 67,000 emails in my sent folder. Shouldn't be possible as I only have about 3 people that I communicate with and that is not very often. When I checked, one email on one day appeared sent over 2000 times. I hope this is not true and I have not had the **** to ask this person if they received it that many times. Do you know how long it takes to delete that many messages? And then you have to delete them twice, out of the sent folder and then out of the deleted items folder.

Any idea on what causes this? It is only the ones sent from the Xperia Tablet that does this, so it can't be the Windows Live email program. I am using the 'EMAIL' icon not the 'GMAIL' icon on the tablet. When I go to the sent folder on my tablet, it only shows that the message was sent once. Has to be some kind of communications fault between the tablet and my PC?

This seems to be something that can happen with Hotmail/Outlook.com depending on which protocol you use. I recommend that you try using their app instead or use ActiveSync protocol instead. See this thread for more information: http://talk.sonymobile.com/t5/Xperia-Z1/Email-sync-problem/m-p/442509
