No no no just wait. Back in days I had same problem with my LG P350 after I updated this. You have reset to factory settings your phone and everything will be okay. Or do Hard reset.

Are you using Windows 8 or 8.1?? Cause Windows 8 and 8.1 doesn't show Xperia SP in Update Service and also doesn't allow to Update Through PC Companion. You must run Update Service In Compatibility Mode or Use a PC which has Windows 7.

Just updated my Xperia SP to build 12.1.A.0.266 (Android 4.3) and I am also facing the same problem.

.android.media.process has stopped working keeps on popping up after every couple of seconds. How can Sony release such a build which is proving to be such a nuisance for its customers ??

Please suggest a solution guys. I dont want to do a factory reset and lose all of my data
