So I sent my phone to so my phone to the repair centre with freepost, omg did those wastemen try tell me it's physical damaged I was outraged I have never once dropped my phone, <EM>removed</EM>&nbsp;are crazy I swear I coulda three £549 in the drain direct... Now I'm in an appealing process at suppose have to wait n see<BR />So I said no so there lookin into it because it's there design flaw in manufacturing the handset, WORD TO THE WISE Z1 is a good phone don't get me wrong In all honesty buy an IPHONE AN IM NOT AN APPLE FAN AT ALL, WITH APPLE THERES JUST THAT CERTAINTY &amp; PEACE OF MIND IN CUSTOMERS INTREST IS PUT 1st where with Sony I believe their engeeners don't look at the phone nor problem in detail JUST DEEM EVERYTHING AS PHYSICAL DAMAGE!
