Device resets when calling locationManager.requestLocationUpdates() if gps is off

I`m working on an app that can locate the device.

Whenever

locationManager.requestLocationUpdates() is called the device resets if gps satelites are not enabled in location services.

I`m using build number 15.3.A.1.14

Guess that this is a _root_ of troubles with several browsers such as Google Chrome. If you open google.com site (for example) in Chrome, tap on your location and allow Chrome to detect it, phone will reboot. This was firstly appeared in .26 firmware (first of 4.2.2).

But Sony didn't fix it yet

By the way, some other browsers such as UC Browser do not reset the phone on the same operations

The fault is not with chrome. It`s with the os. Any app that calls ocationManager.requestLocationUpdates() with gps turned off will cause the phone to reboot.
