Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

I suggest that you try to reinstall the headset software using Update Service..

If the issue should still remain I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center. For more information about how to submit your headset for repair and where, contact your local support team.

SbH52 Bluetooth range

I bought it a few months ago and never bothered to use it. Now that I need to use it, I realize that its Bluetooth range is tremendously horrible. I thought first it was just my phone when I first got it and didn't bother to look into it more. But now, I tried it with my tablet, a different phone, my VAIO laptop and all of them had the same result. It needed to be completely next to the device it is connected to. Only about a couple inches would suffice if I move it away. Totally beats the purpose.

Any help? Hopefully there's a quick way to fix the problem.
Already tried factory reset, and no luck.
