Can't Download Apps or Update Apps code 403

I got my z1 today and i done all as told by the phone and im logged in on my gmail account but cant use google play, everytime i try download or update i get the wrong code 403, and i have tried everything by clearing catche, relog account, creating a million other gmail accounts i tried both wifi and 4g. Plz help

It seems many xperia users have issues.Any new update for play installed lately?

Yeah,not everyone has problems.But the issue has been fixed for some.

Try settings-apps-all-google play,force stop and clear data.Also,remove your google account and add it again.See if this helps.

Had the same error code on my Z2 tab, tried a few times to download airstream from google play store failed, started to browse this forum to try and get an answer, went back to play store tried once more and success.Don't know why or how but just not trying to download for 15 minutes seemed do the trick.
