Headset not working properly

I've got two problems with my headset, a Sabotage Royal for Android.

1. When making or recieving a call it doesn't work more than about 50% of the calls. I always hear the person at the other end but they don't hear me

2. When it works, it sometimes starts making a very high pitched sound

Listening to music or the radio works fine, no problem with the headphones then...

Try settings-apps-all-smart connect,clear data and restart the phone.
