XPERIA C screen problem

Honestly, i'm totally pissed of SONY MOBILE. Two weeks after I bought my "Xperia C2305" I already experienced some flickering screen (sort of a problem in its pixel). A Sony Technician in Glorietta 3, Makati Philippines told me to reset my phone (Restore Factory Settings), which I did. Also bought a high memory card suggested by the technician, thinking that it was the memory of the unit that caused flickers in my phone. And then the phone went well for a month and some weeks... Now, while I was texting my friend, It happened again! I never mishandled my phone! Nor downloaded large size files/apps/games! I tried to turned it off and did a manual reset (press hold the power button and upvolume key) which I did the first time it happened. Yet It didnt worked. Worst part is, when turned on my phone, i only see dark screen and a voice prompt kept on saying "Screen is off"... I had to remove also the back cover to turned it off because it gets hot for some reason, I don't know! This is too much of a hassle...!! I am hoping this time my unit will be replace! Which I requested the first time I experienced this crap! And i hope SONY MOBILE wil do some action about this!

I will greatly appreciate if SONYmobile will reply to this COMPLAINT.

Sorry to hear about your phone.

Your phone may need to be repaired or replaced and in that case you need to contact a service location or local Sony Xperia support using the link alexdon posted.

But before contacting service or local support, try repairing the phones software if you haven't tried that using PC Companion: http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/software/phones/xperia-c/.

How will I repair the phone software when I don't see anything on the phone's screen? I already have the Sony Bridge for Mac... Please help me on this.. I need my phone badly..

You do not need to see anything on your phone,to connect via sony bridge it needs to be turned off.But I still advice you to take it into service,because there is no reason why you should repair if the problem is hardware.

i have to turned off my phone for now.. pls help me.. it keeps getting hot.. i cannot go to service center now bec its already close and im at work.. i could only visit service center during weekends.. totally hassle.

To make a repair of the phones software using Bridge for Mac, select Phone -> Repair phone and then follow the instructions from the software. Before connecting the phone with vol- pressed as instructed by Bridge for Mac, force a shutdown of the phone so that it's turned off when you connect it.
But if this doesn't work or solve the issue you need to contact a service location or local Sony Xperia support to have the phone repaired/replaced.

This is how to force shut down.I do not have MAC,so I really do not know where the phone appears.It should be visible in the phone list as Xperia C 2304 or 2305.

My set also have same problem. Mobile operates well but the screen get flicker while you zoom the picture. I have reset the phone also. But the problem is not solved. Please suggest other option

sony xperia is the worst phone i have ever had. ....2 days after i bought sony xperia C3 all of sudden its screen got black...phone was switched on...but nothing was displayed on the phone screen....i removed my SD card and sim card also to check wheather it was working or not...but still the problem was not solved....whenever i switched it on...everytime screen was flickering and after some time it all went black.....this whole crap i expirenced..and hoping from the company that it may replace my phone or suggest me something else....i'll appriciate if company will reply to this complaint....and i'll be thankful...

My phone is Sony Xperia C2305. Now Home and back button bar is lock. What should I do?
