I had my SP working fine for about 3 months. But recently,a friend of mine bought Xperia M and we both NFCed like .And today this morning,i saw a glowing white light behind the LED strip, only at the left. After I did some research I found that the backlight had leaked and the brightness of the glowing white light depends on the brightness of the screen itself. It was very annoying.Sony,is there any explanation for this to happen?Ofc it must be impossible it was caused by NFC,rite?...
And guys who also experience this, did you guys get out from this problem?

*PS:I had NEVER dropped my phone before. The problem happened a day after NFC-Frenzy with my friend.

Okay now, straight to point.I got a small but very annoying backlight leak at the left part of the LED.It doesn't really shine on the LED,but it glows a bit more left from the original left LED bulb.So it surely came from the backlight(cause it only glows when the screen is on). This happened all in a sudden with no shocks, bumps or symptoms. What should I do?Do any of you guys made out safely from this problem?Sony I need a good piece of excuse from you!I bought this with my hard earned money and this is what I get!

I would recommend that you contact a service location for assistance regarding this. I can't see how this could be related to you using NFC alot and i doubt it has anything to do with the phones software. Before contacting a service location you could try making a repair of the phones software in PC Companion but i don't think it will make any difference as it sounds hardware related.

If you need information about service locations in your area you can contact your local Sony Xperia support (http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/).

Ya,before I go to the Center next week.Is there any remedies, like whacking it to normal or something?I really loves this phone(even my iphone friends want to exhange it with me).I'm also afraid if I have a replacement,it might have even more problem than this phone.
Well, maybe I would just use this phone.Backlight leak might be a little annoying but it doesn't affect performance, right?

I wouldn't recommend you to replace your phone for this small problem. Who knows maybe the replacement comes with the touch screen issue which is more severe. So better stay with this one.
