how reset a xperia sp locked?

Hiho guys, my uncle locked his Xperia SP and he doesn't remember anything to unlock, his security question also his account on google, he is like those guys who lives far away from "cities", and he came to my house this weekend, i tried with many things to hard reset the phone, but nothing worked. Can you help me?

You can download sony update service and repair your phone.This will erase phone memory and remove the lock.

the Sony PC Companion says that cant connect to phone memory because: "O ecrã do telefone / table está desbloqueado", i think it means about the window of the phone/tablet is unlocked, but, my uncle's phone is locked

Sony update service does not need the phone to be unlocked.You just need 60-70% battery and you need to turn it off.

You need to run it in compatibility mode with windows 7.
