Cannot detect LTE signal

hello...i have my xperia v for half a year now...it doent show lte signal even if i register using mobile network on settings,,,it just show H+ on the signal bar...im pretty much sure that im on a LTE covered location and im using an LTE sim...i have tried so many times..nothing worked..i hope you can help me guys...thanks in advance...

Hi,

Did you enable LTE in your "Settings - More - Wireless & networks - Mobile networks - Network mode" ?

If yes, talk with your mobile carrier helpline and ask for clarification on LTE coverage in your area.

I don't see any other reason for not having LTE working.

If there's LTE coverage and you have those setting enabled, then you should perform a phone software repair, using Sony PC Companion or Sony Update Service.

Same problem, tried a software repair, didn't work. Even when I try to manually select the LTE network, it does not work, i lose all connectivity

Well, LTE is not an easy pie for most of the existing phones, specially if they are not provided by your carrier.

The reason why is because there are too many variants in terms of frequencies and LTE standartization is not yet as it should.

For instance, I have disabled LTE in my phone due to improper handling of Vodafone LTE band in my country.

Therefore, I'm also unhappy with LTE and my V 😞
