problem with quick launch bar after 4.3 update

Hello everyone ,sorry my English not very well.
After im update my sony z tablet to 4.3 jelly bean, I cant find the lanch bar in the bottom screen when my tablet orthogonal.
Only when I rotated It show and you can close the apps or click home bottom.
How I can change it because not every time im use balanced tablet.
And when the automatic Rotation is on, there is some apps that you cant trun it and you cant close.
Please help me it make my life very hard.

Hi,

That sounds quite odd. First of all I would suggest you to repair the software in the tablet using PC Companion:

http://www.sonymobile.com/update

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phone/tablet software > Press the blue link that says "Repair phone/tablet". Follow the instructions in the program.

Before repairing the software in your device you may want to backup your information first. Check out this topic for more information on how to:

Try to rotate your tablet before restoring any backup to see if the problem persists or not.
