    <description>&lt;P&gt;It seems that in Mexico even contract-less phones are still locked by Telcel, there isn't much you can do about this other than contact your local Sony and Telcel regarding this; my opinion: its not going to be unlocked as Telcel requested this to be locked and Sony can not change anything unless the network, telcel authorize this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi im from mexico, i was triying to unlock my xperia u bootloader but apparently its not possible beacause its locked, i have no contract or rent, i bought it as a free mobile, what do i need to do? ive heard that if my phone is free contract i can unlocked. Thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
