Hello!
Bought from Orange Romania Xperia Z1 in December. I have big problems with the touch screen. Always when the temperature drops below 10 degrees has very high sensitivity problems, malfunctioning virtual keyboard, press a button and form different areas of the screen do not answer or reply as you pressed in another area. If you go off the phone and restart a period works then the problem returns. This problem occurs at all temperatures and over 10 degrees, less often and less intense. But it is even 10-15 times per day. It is very frustrating, especially as I had beforeXperia Z that was perfect not to mention that all the electronics in my home are SONY and go perfectly. I made the last updates and problems continue. What should I do?

Try Reinstalling your phone software using Sony PC Companion or the Sony Update Service..

If update the software can't help you, it may be the problem of hardware. There maybe something wrong with your touch screen flex cable, broken or came loose.

The only solution is to send it to the Service center there might be a Problem with your Motherboard..
