Xperia V Small apps stop working

Hi! My Xperia V have been a troublemaker the last month, the 3 menu buttons(reverse,home, etc) is very hard to use, I have to realy tap it hard and fast to get it to go back or to the main menu, i got a crash report 2 weeks ago when the phone make its own life and call random ppl and go to google play and so on... and then it crashed so i got the messege "Small apps stopped working" i tryed to use backup and reset it but it dossen't make any different! So any of you guys know what to do?

So you have already tried repairing via sony update service or pc companion?

Yes i have done that and still is very Hard to use

Seems like a hardware issue.

Send it to your Sony Service center for a check up.
