Disable screen lock

How to disable the screen lock?

I tried with Llama, but it doesn't work (it worked with a HTC phone).

Google maps in navigation mode switches off the screen lock.

The option is available in settings, but cannot be unchecked.

Go to settings-security-screen lock-none.

I'm sorry, but this is not possible on my phone.

Probably the security settings have been modified, because it is a company phone.
