It seems that you have quite a bit of issues, repair your tablet with SUS

Update Service (SUS)

PC Companion (PCC)

Bridge (for Mac)

My problem is with my Tablet not a phone, I keep being directed to Phone help not Tablet, please direct me to a solution for my SGP 311. The wi fi connection keep giving a message 'AUTHENTICATION PROBLEM' in this day and age it could give real help like directing me to this forum

The software repair information linked by Uilwooly using either the Update Service or PC Companion is for the Tablet as well. Please follow his instructions regarding this problem.
