Sir...i want to repair my xperia sp but before doing so i would like to know that my game date will be removed...i have used preinstalled backup but still i m not sure...so plzz suggest me i can do or not suggest me any other software so that i can backup my game progress to and can repair my phone....

You can backup game progress if you download a file explorer,search for the game's folder and move or copy somewhere else the data.

If there is no savegame or something like that,try to move the whole folder to your computer or another folder that will not be deleted.It is best on a computer.
