Media Go cutting short my music when put into media go library

Hi all,

I recently noticed that my Media Go ver. 2.6 software is cutting short my music. An example would be T.G.I.F by Katy Perry; in my Windows music library, it is 03:50 (min:sec) long. After Media Go has 'picked up' my Windows library, or after I have manually transferred the music from the folder to Media Go, the music is cut short to 00:39 in length. Why is this happening? Thanks in advance to whoever has a solution.

How many files are you transfering? Are this music files from iTunes? are this files protected?
