support crash

That built in support app will crash suddenly when I open it
After some seconds it says unfortunately support app closed..
What can I do??...I use chrome to access support forum by my phone

Now it freeze on first screen...I clear cache an app data

Do you have any antivirus? battery app? taskiller? task manager?

nope...nothing...i recently repair phone by SUS 2 weeks ago
