Problems when connected to wifi

When my z1 is connected to wifi it won't play my videos on facebook or my songs on my deezer app. It's not the wifi as I have tried many different wifi connections. I have deleted and re installed the apps and turned my phone on and off many times. Any suggestions??? It's eating up my data

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

It sounds very strange that you experience this on other Wi-Fi networks as well, but its working via mobile networks.

I suggest that you try to reinstall the phone software using Update Service..

Before reinstalling your device you may want to backup your information first. Check out this topic for more information on how to.

If the issue should still remain I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.

Hi. I re installed the phone and I'm still having exactly the same problems. I also backed up my phone as suggested and lost half of my photos. What can I do now?
