My Sandisk Cruzer Facet 8gb is not working in phone.

What can i do???

it doesn't contain any type of light.

if i insert it nothing comes up but when i remove it shows usb device removed.

Suggest Something.

maybe u need to format your flashdisk to Fat32

or maybe something wrong with your usb otg cable

I have fully formatted mmy pendrive tiwice with fat32 and at first i had NTFS.

but both didn't worked for me.

And i have my other pendrive working and mouse too.

and my otg cable is just new

try usb hub

try different formats

try other OTG cable

make sure that have latest SW version

use updated file manager application
