Dear Sony and all,

I would like to share my obeservations on battery behavour of my SP after usage of about 2 months.

After overnight full charging with having the phone off, it goes down from 100% to 99% in few seconds, then further draining to 96% within 5 mins... while it is just checking mail, FB update, weather update etc minor activities.

In adition I have checked under the Service menu (by entering the service code), the battery Service test (so called Battery Health test) that the Actual Batt(uAh) is less than the original parameter - which is 2370000.

In the course of a three days I have observed readings in the range between 2337000 and 2361000.

My questions are:

1. Is this normal to have such rapid draining of battery immediately after disconnecting from full charge?

and

2. Do the Actual Batt(uAh) readings indicate that my battery originally has lower potential than formally announced or it has been 'weared out' for the period of 2 months of usage? How reliable are these readings?

Please comment and share your experiences.

Cheers

Change in amp is possible but should not be to this extent in a new battery.

The reason for you sudden drop on battery after full chanrge may be because of all updates & referesh settings happening since you had it off for~4-5 hrs. Another factor may the the screen brightness wheile in use. I would recommend trying to change settings in apps to manual update & also take a look at brightness settings. This should help reduce the time from 100-95 or 90 significantly. Also if not on turn on the stamina mode.

STAMINA Mode on only allow Whatsapp.
Screen brightness 0 still can view clearly but not under sunlight.
Do some calls, sms, whatsapp & fb. sometimes browsing. from discharge 4-5hrs(sleeping time) outdoor + 10-12 hrs i still left with 65% above. but no gaming. Don't only charge when battery reach below 20%(charge anytime any % don't let it drain below 20%) & don't over charge. when reach 100% within 5-10mins i will remove from charging.

There is no overcharge, also in 10-15 minutes,it does not reach full charged after getting to 100%.You can safely disconnect when you get full charged message in settings-about phone.
