Issues after a swim...

I took my xperia z1 in the pool tonight as I have done several times, I made sure all flaps were closed and even had it in a rubber case to ensure the flaps were closed.

When I got out the pool I dried the phone off and set it to the side whilst I got dressed then I noticed a red x and a sim card symbol.

I powered it down immediatly and opened the flap to find a tiny amount of water. I dried it out, clean the sim etc...

I have had it powered back on and it was working fine but then it started playing up by not letting me unlock it and now it won't power back on.

It was in the water for on length of the pool < 2mins and <1 meter deep.

Is it busted and if so is it covered by warranty? I got it in Nov.
