    <description>Hello my phone is telling me that my sim is PERSO locked, I cannot make sense of this since nobody seems to even know what it means, I have been trying to unlock my phone using the code provided by my network for this purpose in order to use it on another network, this was the first message I received following my first attempt, any ideas?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Haven't heard of that message before but as the phone says that it's the SIM-card that is locked i would recommend that you try this with another SIM-card.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This mean that your phone is locked to the carrier. If you want to use your phone with another carrier different from the one you bought the phone you'll have to get in unlock for all carriers and this usually have a cost.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check with the carrier, this code is attached to yout IMEI and only them can get it to you or if you want a third party service provider can help but i dont know if this void your warranty.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck :smileyhappy &lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.com.mk/html/images/smilies/011.png" alt="Slightly_smiling_Face" title="Slightly_smiling_Face" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
