&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear about your phone. Do you experience the same behavior if you try with another headset?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you experience the same problem with another headset, try to connect and disconnect the headset while music is playing from the Walkman player. Also blow down the 3,5 mm contact to remove any kind of dirt.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You can also try to repair the phone software using PC Companion:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.sonymobile.com/update" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;http://www.sonymobile.com/update&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone &amp;gt; Start on Update the phones software &amp;gt; Press the blue link that says "Repair phone".&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I used to have the same problem.&lt;BR /&gt;The shop where I bought it, replace them with a new one, albeit the same type, but then, the problem reappears again, and my warranty also expired already.&lt;BR /&gt;Try download toggleheadset2 from play store, it work for my phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
