Hi,

My Xperia z1 is very good, except in one thing.
It has a vibration issue: sometimes instead of vibrate it produce a sort of squeak. I tried a reset ecc but nothing changed. I think it s an hardware problem.
Now, I ve purchased my phone online, in an Italian store ( I live in Italy Turin), with the EU guarantee.
What I have to do? How can I send it to guarantee? Is there a Sony service center near Turin?

Thank you!

My suggestion is that you contact your local support team to get information regarding nearest service center and how you should proceed in this case:
http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/contact-info/
