Forgotten password for xperia j

Receltly decided to start using my Xperia J again but have forgotton my pass lock and recoveries so i am now unable to access my phone... i have downloaded PC companion but it refuses to connect with my phone (i dont know if this will be because i have no sim card in it as it has been cut to fit my iphone which i no longer use) and i have also downloaded the update service but there is no option for the xperia J! i have also tried the whole holding the power and volume at the same time but it just turns on like normal and goes to no reset menu and i have also dont the emergency call with the (#*#*) thing code but when i enter the codes people say nothing happens! is there anyway to bypass my old password or a simple way of resetting it? i dont mind about loosing contacts etc but i need a phone for an upcoming event and nothing i am doing is working! ( the phone is basically in mint condition so there is no issues with the phone)

Sony update service should be able to repair phone,removing the password.It does not show all the models?This is how it should be:

yeah but my model isnt on that update service like there is no "xperia j" on there

On the link I gave you,there are all models,they do not appear in the pictures,but if you scroll down,you can find.I do not know,try reinstalling sony update service from here .If still not able to repair,take the phone to a sony service if you really need it.

nt worrhSony has removed older devices Dont worry you can use any other mobile model to repair with sus

Just switch of f and connect it in flashmode with sus and click repair

thanks for trying to help but im confused?! is there no way of repairing a Xperia J if you read my original message i have tried everything and nothing is working for me! you've given me the link for the program that i already have open why is there no option for my phone

Every model has its on firmware,so you cannot use other firmware.What models do you have exactly?

After the pics will be approved,I will see exactly the models.Anyway,if you say there is no xperia j,you cannot repair and remove the password.

PC companion does not let you.Try to boot the phone into safe mode(power button-tap longer on turn off-restart in safe mode).See if the lock is still there.

Press the power button-you should get the turn off option.Press longer on it,it should give you the option of safe mode restart.
