Xperia SP hard reset problem

Here's my problem, I purchased a Sony Xperia (C5305) unlocked to all networks.

But just lately I have had a few issues with this phone.

Phone started to freeze continually mostly during either making or receiving calls

and some times downloading apps.

It also get very warm during use and unless plugged into a power source it continually switches off

I have done a factory reset and now it seems a little better but it wont work when I insert my sim card (GIFFGAFF)/o2

it just powers off with green light at bottom if I remove sim card phone stays on

also used PC software to fix my phone and this helps a little bit more but it would seem the the phone is still getting very warm during use.

Would doing a soft reset via button underneath back cover sort things out as I feel I have tried everything else

also when plugged into computer phone / PC software says phone up to date but I see from Sony web page there is a newer version on there and it wont let me update to it

Problems with rear camera since updating software

HI all,

I get a message about a software update from sony for my Xperia P (LT22i) phone.

connected it to my computer opened software and let it do it's thing.

Phone software updated no problems and restarted, so far so good.

until i came to use my camera since the update.

Front cam works fine, without problems but the rear camera now doe not focus , pictures and video now all blury

checked lens for dirt and scratches nothing wrong with it so far .. looked at settings everything seems in order there.

but still the problem happens when using the rear camera.

any ideas please.

PS. the cameras both worked fine up until the software update.. so not sure if it is a software problem.

Check the focus mode to be on face.The scene on auto and focus from camera button or tap screen longer before taking a picture.

You should contact Sony directly and stop by a Sony repair center
