Xperia ZL experiencing Phantom Memory loss. Help!!

Hi,

From last two days i am experiencing memory loss in my phone.

This is the screenshot from the device which says 489 MB is still available.

And this is the image of the memory status when i try to access with PC wihch says only 138 MB is free.

I was trying to copy a movie from my PC to phone and had to take a call when copying was going on.

later when i connected i deleted the file and copied it again. This problem has started from then.

Has anyone faced this problem?

Is there any solution without having to format & reload the OS??

Settings > apps > all > menu > by size > open the top apps > clear cache

Tried it was able to free up 50 MB.

Now the Ph. Memory shows 503 MB, and the system memory shows 138 MB. Still the problem persists.

Kindly help!!
