Whatsapp issue

Hi,

I'm not able to verify my number on whatsapp, it shows please connect to internet or reboot.

My phone is connected to internet with full range, i'm facing this problem consistantly and its very irritating.

My phone is just month old. Please suggest a solution.

Go to setting>apps>find whatsapp clear cache and data then reset phone..if it dont work try to download and install latest version

how slow is your internet connection? test it with speedtest.net

Both of the above answers are worth testing; however I would also check to ensure you are running Internet and not WAP settings. The easy way to confirm this is to connect to Wi-Fi function and see if you get the same problem.
