Walkman unknown error

Hello.

I got my first smartphone as a christmas present this year and it's an xperia E.

Yestarday I tried to put a few songs and try out the walkman app. After I got the songs into the phone they had no album art, so I went in options and selected updated music info. After this I get an unknown error and nothing happens.

Since I'm completely new in this subject I need help on what to do next.

Is data enabled on your phone? Have you downloaded intenet settings? The updata music info option uses the internet to download album art and other information. Download internet settings: Settings--Xperia--Internet settings, or try searching the internet for the settings for your operator in your location. Enable data&colon; Pull down notification bar, tap on the first icon from left, or go to Settings--Data usage--Enable data. Note: If you don't have a data pack activated, you might recur heavy charges for downloading all music information.

tried everything from clearing data to changing SIM battery etc
